This exhibition shows 25 covers from the 25 years of the journal. Space and Culture was first published independently in 1997, then via Sage Publications and edited at University of Alberta and at KU Eichstätt – Ingolstadt in Germany. The captions give a small hint of the material we have covered over the last 25years.

Since 2004, Space and Culture has been anchored by an interdisciplinary reading and research group of the same name in Arts, Extension, Human Geography and in Sociology at University of Alberta. This exhibition honours our writers, artists, those who have lent their strength locally, and the hospitality and support of the University of Alberta Tory Chair program.
